Friends -
Joe Kennedy’s negative attacks have not stopped. In fact, his campaign is getting more and more desperate.
Joe started the week doubling down on his negative smears at the debate.
Then Joe’s campaign sent out a press release accusing Ed of completely ignoring three towns that don’t even exist. Those towns were flooded in the 1930s to create the Quabbin Reservoir — a fact they’d know with some basic research.
To top it all off, after the Boston Globe endorsed Ed, Joe’s campaign took a page directly from the Trump playbook and attacked the press. Politico called their letter “scathing” and said they “ripped the state’s largest newspaper.”
The accusation? That somehow not endorsing Joe Kennedy III in Massachusetts was protecting the status quo.
This all boils down to the fact that Joe Kennedy knows as well as anyone that the momentum is on our side. Now it’s our job to stay focused and work even harder:
His campaign is desperate and...floundering. That’s the truth. But if we stay focused on our strategy and Ed’s positive, progressive message, then we will win this race together.
Thank you for being with us in this fight.
