I know it’s late, but Josh just emailed to let me know that we’re less than $1,000 away from our July online fundraising goal.

We’ve been in this position before, John -- but we always pull through because of folks like you who understand the imperative of supporting this campaign for progress here in California’s 39th.

Here’s the deal: As we enter this final stretch of campaigning ahead of Election Day, the fundraising gaps become all the more important to fill. Coming up short on any of our fundraising goals means that we’ll have less to spend on TV and digital ads getting my message out to voters across the district. More importantly, John, it means that my opponent will have a leg up in reaching voters.
