Friend,

It feels like the countdown to this year's election has been on everyone's minds since November 9, 2016. But today it comes into clear focus: we have 95 days left between now and the 2020 election.

What we do within the next 95 days will determine the future of our nation. But I have a lot of faith. After November 9, 2016, we got to work. We fought, volunteered, marched, mobilized, ran for office, and in 2018 we gained the majority in the House and changed the face of Congress.

This year is our chance to keep our foot on the pedal. We can protect our House majority, flip the Senate, win the White House, and elect progressive leaders in races everywhere -- such as Candace Valenzuela (TX-24) and Kara Eastman (NE-02).

But only if each and every one of us continue fighting together for the next 95 days.

I'm running for re-election because I'm not done fighting for working families. Every American deserves hardworking, honest government officials. Not only will I be that leader for you, but I know that side-by-side with Candace and Kara, we will hold those who do not rise to this standard accountable.

But we can't do this without your support. Before we begin this final sprint, can you please chip in to support our campaigns? We need your help to engage as many voters as possible before Election Day.

Thanks for being in this fight,

-- Katie Porter
