John, we have
some good news and bad news:

First, on Thursday, we scaled back our July fundraising goal from $170,00
to $164,409. Then, supporters like you saw that we needed your help and
stepped up in a big way and now we’ve reached our $164,409 goal.

But here’s the bad news: we’re still short of our original $170,000 goal.
As of 4:48 pm et we’ve raised $167,065. We’re so close to reaching our
original goal and that’s why we’re emailing you right now.

We need to raise exactly $2,935 before midnight in order to reach our
$170,000 goal. Reaching this goal is going to come down to the wire and
your contribution could be the one that puts us over the top.
