John, here’s the situation:

FIRST: Colorado Governor Jared Polis signed the National Popular Vote bill into law last year, joining 14 other states and Washington, D.C.. It was historic, and brought our country a huge step closer to electing our president by National Popular Vote.

THEN: Opponents to the National Popular Vote filed a petition to repeal the law, putting our progress in jeopardy, and launched a misinformation campaign to dissuade voters from making their votes count equally through a National Popular Vote.

NOW: The National Popular Vote is on the ballot this November as Prop 113, and we need to make sure every Coloradan votes YES on Prop 113 so we can guarantee the Presidency to the candidate who receives the most votes in all 50 states.

BUT: Current polling shows Prop 113 in a good position to win, but with a narrow lead. With 95 days to go until Election Day, anything can happen. We must sustain our momentum through November.

SO: Can you chip in $10 right now so we can keep our ads online and recruit volunteers? We need your help to pass Prop 113, the National Popular Vote, on November 3.

We’re fighting to make every vote for president count -- no matter where you live or who you vote for -- but we can’t do it without you.

Thanks for your support,

Yes on 113, the National Popular Vote
