I'm hoping we don't fall short of this goal, team. We just endorsed six new people first candidates. With poll numbers for Donald Trump and his Republican allies weakening, now is the time to aggressively expand the playing field and work to elect more bold progressives.

And now, more than ever, we've seen why we need more progressive leaders in Congress. But it takes a lot to get them there — especially 22 of them.

Our candidates are counting on us to help them — but that means we have to hit this goal. If we fall short, our candidates may not get the support they need heading into Election Day.
