On Monday, the Democratic National Committee's Platform Committee voted to reject Medicare for All from the party's draft platform.
The committee voted 125-36 to block M4A despite the overwhelming support from voters across the political spectrum. The panel also rejected proposals to expand Medicare to children, and to all people over 55.
The DNC has made it clear that donors and lobbyists are their priorities, not the people. Even as our country is wrecked by an unprecedented pandemic, they refuse to stand up for single payer healthcare.
