John — I won’t pretend these are normal times. We have a brutal pandemic that President Trump has ignored and allowed to spread completely out of control. Across the nation, people are worried. And Black and Brown communities and the poor have been hit the hardest. But in this time of crisis, how does my opponent react? She poses for a photo with a t-shirt that declares Speaker Nancy Pelosi is the true “virus” and that she will bring the cure by “voting her out.” 
Will you send a message to my opponent that we won’t tolerate this nonsense by making a contribution to my campaign for re-election? Not here. Not now. Not when there is so much at stake. John — It is utterly absurd that my opponent is claiming that Nancy Pelosi is the true “virus” as people get sick and die all across our county. She clearly isn’t taking this threat seriously — look at the picture, she isn’t even wearing a mask! Here’s the truth: Our Democratic House led by Speaker Pelosi passed the HEROES Act in June, but Republicans in the Senate have been stalling on critical relief for our families. John — This is unacceptable behavior for someone seeking to represent our friends, neighbors and communities in Congress. I promise to give everything I have to keep up the fight in Washington, but I need your help. We still need to raise $1,800 before the end of July to close our campaign budget gap and have the resources we need to win. Will you chip in $15, $20, or whatever you can before July 31st so this seat and our House Majority stay blue in November? Thank you, Hank
