Donald Trump is escalating his attacks on our elections. Phony claims of ballot fraud. Purging voter rolls. Lying about vote-by-mail. Last week, he refused to say that he'd even accept the results of the election.
And now, he's talking about not even holding the election:
[Trump Tweet on postponing the election]
These are just words, but they're words from a sitting president. And they're undermining faith in the democracy that the American people run.
Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans see all of Trump's attacks, and they've rushed to do... nothing. They've not lifted a finger or spoken a word to rein him in.
It's never been more clear that we need to elect a Senate that will fight for the foundation of our democracy instead of letting Donald Trump trample over Americans' constitutional rights.

This isn't about red or blue states. It's about making sure that the central promise of democracy - one person, one vote - is upheld. It's about making sure voters elect our country's leadership.
Senate Republicans have made clear that they will gladly silence the voice of the voters if it means amassing more power.
We can't give them that chance. Chip in before midnight to take back the Senate and defend our democracy.
