At Team DelBene we have one big rule: We don't coast.

Far too often, incumbents get complacent. They take their constituents' support for granted. They don't face serious challengers. And so things slide -- they don't reach out to the community as much. They don't do town halls. They don't propose innovative legislation.

That's not Suzan, and so that's not us.

She spends every day thinking about what policies would make life better for the people and families in Washington's first district. Whether it's expanding tax credits so 60 million people can stay connected to their paychecks, increasing the Child Tax Credit to dramatically cut child poverty in our country -- she works very hard for us in Washington, DC.

It's that kind of leadership that makes her a great congresswoman -- but also a Republican target.

We have just days left in our 7-way primary.
