Most nonprofit organizations ask you for money without much to show for it. They’ll waste your hard-earned dollars on expensive offices, well-paid CEOs, and unaccountable contractors.

Convention of States Action is different. We’re a virtual organization, which means we don't have the large capital expenditures of a building for fancy offices and we keep our overhead as low as possible. We rely heavily on the work of our dedicated volunteers who truly care about saving the nation!

* Passed this constitutional resolution through committee hearings in 30 states.
* Passed this constitutional resolution through entire floor votes in 23 states.
* Passed this constitutional resolution completely in 15 states.

Right now, we’re launching a massive phone banking and get-out-the-vote effort in the battleground state of Wisconsin to secure the seats of pro-COS legislators. * Track state legislative rules and calendars, committee members, filing deadlines, and whip counts in every state to deploy citizen activists to strategically pass this constitutional resolution.
* File a constitutional resolution to return power and decision making to the sovereign citizens of the states by imposing term limits and fiscal restraints on Congress in the legislatures of 49 states.
