Planned Parenthood and the NAF have claimed in their lawsuits against me that I “damaged” their image by exposing their cash-for-baby-parts scheme in the now famous videos from the Center for Medical Progress, of which I’m a co-founder.
Because of my work with the Center for Medical Progress and my efforts to shut down the abortion industry through Operation Rescue, I’ve been called the abortion industry’s “biggest foe.”
I was dealt a huge blow when I lost our case against Planned Parenthood last fall in a San Francisco courtroom, but I am fighting back — all the way to the Supreme Court if I have to. In the meantime, I’m preparing to face another huge battle against the NAF in the courts later this year.
