Growing more desperate by the day, Donald Trump is now trying to win re-election by promising to make the Supreme Court as conservative as possible.
POLITICO reports that: “The president is hot to promote his Supreme Court list this fall – believing it will boost Republican turnout and remind religious conservatives what’s at stake as the nation’s culture wars flare.”
On the list is one Judge Amy Coney Barrett, an anti-choice activist that Trump has previously said he is “saving...for Ginsburg.”
We’re disgusted by the way Trump is planning to replace an iconic Supreme Court justice with a far-right zealot just to score political points. But if Trump wins in November, he’ll have another four years to pack the courts with whoever he wants -- and there'll be nothing we can do about it.
