US EPA Repeals Legal Basis for Regulating Planet-Warming Emissions ( [link removed] )

Last week, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) revoked its own scientific finding showing that greenhouse gas emissions are a danger to human health and should be regulated, dealing a major blow to the climate and the American people.
