John - On the Feast Day of St. Ignatius of Loyola, let us pray and act for racial justice and equity.

John,
As our nation wrestles with the historic, systemic, and pervasive truths of racism, we cannot turn away. We must face our failings, both personal and communal, and weed out racism at its roots.
July 31st marks the Feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Though he was imperfect, God called St. Ignatius, as God calls us, to invite others into the spiritual work of contemplation and action. Help support ISN's continued work for justice and equity with a small gift in honor of the Feast of St. Ignatius ([link removed][UNIQID]) .
As we celebrate St. Ignatius’ legacy, we pray that our hearts are open to hearing the call to work for a more just world in the coming year.
Ways our network has responded to the call recently:
* Thousands are currently participating in the 21-Day Ignatian Racial Equity Challenge ([link removed][UNIQID]) , entering into the complex work of understanding the realities of racial injustice and anti-Blackness in the U.S. by learning, praying, and taking action for racial equity.
* Over 55 parishes across the U.S. have formed an ongoing nationwide effort to network for racial justice and equity, exploring ways to bring racial justice work to life in their parishes through reflection, conversation, prayer, and action ([link removed][UNIQID]) .
* Thousands of individuals joined in prayer for the Novena for Racial Justice ([link removed][UNIQID]) and the Ignatian Prayer Vigil for Lamentation and Racial Justice ([link removed][UNIQID]) .
Thank you for making actions like these possible through your support and engagement. May this Feast Day of St. Ignatius of Loyola continue to inspire us to work toward building a more just and equitable world.
