John,

A pro-life nurse was actually forced to participate in an abortion.

Just moments ago, we secured a massive victory vindicating her complaint. But the battle isn’t over and we’re up against a big deadline.

After a Vermont hospital forced a pro-life nurse to do the unthinkable – kill an unborn baby – we filed a complaint, and now the Department of Health and Human Services has just announced a complete vindication.

It is horrendous that this is happening, but it is. In fact, New York (which now allows abortions to the moment of birth) and Planned Parenthood are filing lawsuits because they want to force pro-life doctors and nurses to participate in these barbaric abortions. Just days ago, we filed amicus briefs on both coasts to defeat these pro-abortion lawsuits.

Now, we’re in federal court in another case defending Cynthia Isabell – a nurse who was not hired for a medical job simply because she is pro-life.

The state is trying to have our case thrown out, and the court just extended our deadline to respond a few more days.

We cannot do this lifesaving work without YOU. Our Matching Challenge Deadline is in just about 72 hours. And we’re still short of our goal. Have your gift DOUBLED now. Chip in $5 and it becomes $10; $20 becomes $40.

Have Your Gift Doubled to Defend Life Before Our Deadline.
