Virginia's 35 health districts monitor the percentage of hospital emergency visits by patients who exhibit or report symptoms consistent with COVID-19. While not all are confirmed cases, this data is one possible indicator of community spread. VPAP's latest visualization shows where the percentage of COVID-related ER visits is up and where it's down. ([link removed])
