How you can fight the hunger virus
A new Oxfam report shows that by the end of the year, 12,000 people per day are at risk of dying from COVID-19-linked hunger - potentially more than from the disease itself. New hunger hotspots are arising, even as the situation becomes more dire in countries already facing crisis levels of food scarcity. Oxfam is on the ground in these communities - providing seeds in Afghanistan, cash transfers in Venezuela, and food rations in India.
Your support helps people in more than 60 countries who are struggling with the impacts of COVID-19, such as this extreme hunger crisis. Your gift will also help families facing poverty around the world.
