John,
Last night, people across the country heard their phones buzz because Donald Trump’s campaign sent them a text alert.
The reason? To rile up his supporters against Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s proposal to abolish the Electoral College. In it, his campaign called her "crazy" and said that she’s trying to "rip up the Constitution."
With his nonstop attacks against the Squad, Trump is continuing a lifelong habit of using fear, outrage, and conspiracy theories to attack people of color.
This is how Trump tries to weaponize hatred for political gain. We must unite across our differences in order to defeat it.
Split a $3 donation between Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the Working Families Party today to show AOC we stand with her against Trump’s attacks, and to continue to build a movement that confronts and fights to dismantle white supremacy at every turn.

We need to be crystal clear in our condemnation: Donald Trump — and his war against immigrants, women, LGBTQ people, and communities of color — isn’t doing this alone.
The threat of white supremacy did not originate with him. And it certainly won’t end once we vote him out of office on November 3, 2020.
The only way to dismantle it is through solidarity, political action, and fearless organizing. And when threats like this come for people like Rashida, Ilhan, Alexandria, and Ayanna, we need to show them that our support will not falter.
That’s why the Working Families Party was so proud to announce them as our first four endorsements for 2020. And it’s why we’re asking you to show your support by chipping in a few dollars today.
Will you split a $3 contribution today to support AOC’s campaign and our national organizing work so we can fight back against these attacks?
Thank you for all that you do,
- Team WFP
