MONDAY E'NEWS House Moves to Protect Shooting Ranges The Michigan House of Representatives Judiciary Committee will take testimony this Wednesday on House Bill 4949. The bill should be of interest to anyone who operates a shooting range. It preserves liability protections in the event of upgrades and modifications to shooting ranges. Thank you to Rep. Jennifer Wortz (R-Quincy) for sponsoring the legislation. MCRGO will be at the committee meeting to express our support of the bill. We will provide further updates when the bill is anticipated to be voted on by the full Michigan House of Representatives.
