John, I have some great news.
Yard signs are now available. Or rather...they were.
Turns out that we ran through our first batch of 1,000 a lot faster than expected. People all over VA-05 are really fired up to display their support! You could say it's a *sign* of the times.
On this campaign, we set goals deliberately, with very specific purposes. If we’re able to hit our July fundraising goal tomorrow, we'll be able to order the next round of signs immediately. Although we’ve all heard the political adage that "yard signs don't vote," I also know that signs get neighbors talking. Signs highlight the enthusiasm behind a candidate or cause. Signs inspire folks to ask questions, learn about the issues at stake, and become part of a growing movement.
We won our Democratic primary by inspiring these critical person-to-person conversations, and that's how we're going to win in November as well.
I can't wait for more folks to be able to display their enthusiastic support. So please help us raise $10,473 more by tomorrow's end-of-month deadline — and we'll have hundreds more yard signs soon all throughout VA-05!
