South Asia
Praise God for a family rescued from 17 years of forced labor at a brick kiln. Traffickers had originally enslaved the grandparents with false debts, which then passed to their children. The young parents then raised three of their own children at the kiln—meaning bondage is the only life they have known. Praise God for proactive officials who rescued this family and pray for IJM as we help them recover in freedom for the first time.

Africa & Europe
We praise God for a significant step toward justice in Kenya as the High Court has found the police officer responsible for the death of an IJM client guilty after years of waiting. The young man, Stephen, was severely assaulted by a police officer in 2020 and tragically died before he could receive the care he needed, leaving his family and community in deep grief. We ask for prayer for comfort for his loved ones and for wisdom as the case moves toward sentencing next month.

Latin America
Join us in praying for an important milestone in El Salvador as the Judicial Facilitators Bill moves forward after receiving a key feasibility approval and preparing for review by a panel of the 15 highest‑ranking magistrates of the Supreme Court. We thank God for the five magistrates who have already expressed support and ask for clarity and courage for the remaining magistrates as three more votes are needed for the bill to advance to Congress. Pray for wisdom and peace for the IJM El Salvador team as they continue this work to strengthen community protection and expand access to justice for vulnerable communities.

Asia Pacific
Praise God for a new collaboration between IJM and the Ministry of Social Affairs Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation in Cambodia that will help offer both state funds and greater protection for survivors. We thank God for the positive discussions that led to this agreement and for the hope it brings to those seeking justice. Pray that this project succeeds so survivors of human trafficking can receive the funds they are eligible for while they pursue their court cases.
