This is what autocratic leaders try to do and it is not
hyperbole: Donald Trump is threatening the constitutional right
of millions of Americans to fully participate in the November
election.

We must defend our democracy -- and I am prepared for whatever
unlawful actions the President throws at us.

I have defeated the Trump Administration 30 times in court -
stopped their abhorrent initial Muslim Ban, protected Dreamers,
and stopped the EPA from relaxing rules protecting our air and
water.

If President Trump delays the November elections, I will
immediately challenge him in federal court. And I will win.
