Twitter suspends grime artist Wiley's account after antisemitic tirade | The Jewish Chronicle

The controversy occurred after Twitter initially failed to take action against Wiley, who wrote several antisemitic and offensive tweets including one comparing Jews to the Ku Klux Klan. In a statement the Board of Deputies of British Jews said, “We will be talking to Twitter today, and other social media companies and government partners over the coming days, to make sure that this does not happen again.”

Board of Deputies launches website on history of British Jews

The Hidden Treasures website features centuries of documents, and photographs, illustrating the history of the Jewish British community. Board of Deputies President Marie van der Zyl said that the initiative would be important “for anybody interested in the history of our community."

Cervantes Institute and Jewish Community of Thessaloniki sign agreement to promote Sephardic heritage
