Before joining the national Emerge team, I used to run Emerge Maine, and I wanted to share with you one of the core principles we teach our cohorts: the importance of goal-setting and hitting critical deadlines.

Allocating resources is critical in decision-making and the resources you have and how you use them sets the foundation for all campaigns, from School Board to Senate.
|
|
And in my current role as Emerge’s National Affiliate Director, my team goes through the same process — which means that when we set a deadline, we have to do everything we can to reach it.
