John, I was extremely disturbed by what we saw from the U.S. Supreme Court this session. The Supreme Court ruled that employers can opt out of providing contraceptive coverage if they have religious or moral objections.

Reproductive health decisions should be made by a woman and her health care provider - not her boss. This troubling decision could severely limit women's access to birth control, forcing them to weigh big financial costs against what's right for their own bodies.

But this is bigger than just birth control: This decision shows us just how far the Supreme Court has shifted to the right under President Trump. Each and every one of us should be asking ourselves: First birth control, but what's next? The future of Roe v. Wade is in peril - now more than ever before.

New Mexico has outdated laws on the books that make abortion illegal and performing abortions a felony if Roe v. Wade is overturned. The fate of Roe v. Wade will have very real and severe consequences for New Mexico families.

That's why I'm doing everything I can to fight for reproductive rights here in New Mexico - including advocating for those outdated laws to be taken off the books. But I need to know if you stand with me. That's why I'm asking 600 more people to answer this question before 11:59 p.m. tonight:

Do you think we should fight to protect reproductive rights in New Mexico?
