As Lizzie’s finance director, I always have numbers on the mind and as we approach the first end-of-month deadline of the quarter, I’ve been keeping a close eye on where we stand.

Here’s the good news: Over the past few days, we’ve made great progress to our end-of-month fundraising goal.

If we keep this up, I know we can get the rest of the way there before the deadline tomorrow.  If you’re able, please make a contribution today.  Even a few dollars goes a long way.

Of course, I’m not the only one running the numbers.  Washington Republicans and outside groups are focused on them, too.  They’re investing huge sums to attack Lizzie — a combined $5 million!

They’re also keeping a close eye on our numbers as a measure of the strength of our campaign.

Everytime we reach our fundraising goals, we demonstrate how much momentum there is behind our campaign and we build the resources to respond to the attacks and fund our campaign operations like phone-banking, virtual events, and running TV ads.
