Lately, we’ve received some encouraging news about Democrats’ chances of flipping the Senate. But we can’t take anything for granted. There is just too much at stake this year.
Over and over again, Mitch McConnell’s GOP Senate is failing to stand with families across the country, from our COVID-19 response, to police reform, to access to affordable health care.
Instead, Senate Republicans are hellbent on confirming unqualified, ultra-conservative judges and enabling President Trump’s dangerous agenda. It’s time to end their control of the Senate.
Right now, we need all hands on deck to make sure we meet our $20,000 fundraising goal before the end-of-month deadline at midnight tomorrow. With less than 100 days to go until Election Day, we need to end this month in a solid position to win this race -- and the Senate.
A Democratic Senate majority is within our reach -- but first we need to keep Illinois blue.
