Brett Kavanaugh was put on the Supreme Court to fulfill the Republican Party’s decades-long dream of a solidly conservative Court -- a dream they stopped at nothing to realize. Now, whether ruling against Dreamers, LGBTQ+ equality, abortion access, or voting rights, Kavanaugh has gone out of his way to side with the right-wing and against the rest of us.

But that’s not all: Kavanaugh is even flouting long-standing ethics rules so he can protect his friends. Facebook’s top lobbyist “quarterbacked” Kavanaugh’s confirmation and funded his victory party, yet Kavanaugh is refusing to recuse himself in an upcoming SCOTUS case where Facebook could lose billions of dollars.

This is an ethics violation, plain and simple. Kavanaugh is using all of the tools in his toolbox to protect corporate interests, advance his partisan agenda, and help Donald Trump.
