It slashes health care funding by $33 billion.
It gives DHS over $175 billion.

Read that again.

Donald Trump stripped health care from millions of Americans, cut billions from the NIH and the CDC, and decimated programs for struggling families – and he’s taking that money and handing it to the same agency that is terrorizing American neighborhoods.

I've been fighting for oversight and accountability in the Senate.
