Supporters often tell me that giving to AFSC is just one way they put their values into action. I'm so grateful to you for being part of a community working for a better world.
Over the past year, generous supporters like you have made a meaningful difference. Here are just a few examples:
- Responding in Gaza: Together, we delivered food, water, and other essentials to hundreds of thousands of people in Gaza. We supported activities for children, agricultural projects, and more. And we advocated for an end to the genocide and access to lifesaving aid.
- Organizing in border communities: San Diego is one of many communities where heavy policing and immigration crackdowns disrupt daily life. This year we expanded our network of volunteers. We monitored and documented abuses. And we promoted safety through rights education.
- Working for housing justice: In Greensboro, North Carolina, community members mobilized to address a local eviction crisis with support from AFSC. And won! With new government funding, more neighbors will be able to stay in their homes. Now, we are sharing our findings, so more cities can respond to injustice in the housing system.
