I spend most of my day looking at fundraising numbers -- and I'm nervous.

While Democrats are excited to donate to federal races up and down the ballot -- Senate, House, and, of course, the White House -- Democratic governors like Jay are being left behind.

The Republican Governors Association is outraising the Democratic Governors Association quarter after quarter, and I'm afraid we're going to fall behind on our fundraising goals when we need to be most prepared.

You've seen the ads targeting Jay, you've seen the attacks from Donald Trump and his GOP allies, and you know this won't stop. That's why we can't fall short of our $75,000 end-of-month fundraising goal, and right now, we are.

We're less than $25,000 away from hitting our goal, but to close the gap, we need folks like you to step up right now. Will you donate $5 or more to support Jay and his leadership right now?

The COVID-19 pandemic has proven just how important state leadership is -- and we can't afford to lose sight of that right now. Republicans are hoping you aren't paying attention, but your donation shows you're invested in the steady, moral leadership states like Washington need and deserve.
