John, I am once again asking Donald Trump to finally start delivering on his campaign promise for free IVF.

Here’s how I see it:

In vitro fertilization gave my husband and me our two beautiful daughters. That is something we cherish deeply, and are so incredibly grateful for — and millions of families across this country wouldn’t have been able to start their own families without it either.

The fact is that IVF is expensive, and many families cannot afford to explore their options without insurance coverage for it.

Our federal workers deserve the same level of coverage as Members of Congress.

I have worked tirelessly to pass legislation ensuring coverage for IVF, but Republicans have blocked my efforts over and over.

If Trump really supports expanding IVF access — which he’s shouted from the rooftops but done virtually nothing meaningful to accomplish — this should be a no-brainer. He can and should expand IVF coverage to all federal workers now.
