HUGE news from New Jersey, John – Analilia Mejia just won her Congressional primary election in NJ-11!
I’m proud to have endorsed Analilia’s campaign. In a crowded primary flooded with big money, she won — even after being outspent 10-to-1.
Analilia is exactly who we need in Congress. She’s the daughter of Colombian and Dominican immigrants who started her career as a union organizer and went on to help lead the fight for a $15 minimum wage and paid sick leave.
In just 70 days, Analilia’s campaign activated more than 1,200 volunteers, knocked over 10,000 doors, and made more than 300,000 phone calls.
Now, John, the primary is over, and the general election starts now. Corporate and far-right forces are already mobilizing against Analilia because they know every seat matters, and this one is winnable.
