Hi there,
My name is Paul, and I’m running for Congress in IL-16 to oust Darin LaHood.
I’m a hometown kid: I was born right here in Rockford, graduated from public high school and Illinois State University, and now I’m raising my kids in the same community I grew up in.
I’m running for Congress because my working-class parents taught me the value of showing up, working hard, and doing right by your neighbors – values that I think Darin LaHood is severely lacking.
I’ve seen the damage done by failed policies from both parties: factories shuttered, family farms sold off, small businesses squeezed, and young people leaving their hometowns behind because there aren't enough opportunities.
It doesn’t have to be this way. I believe in an America where work is rewarded, not exploited. Where we expand modern American manufacturing and rebuild our communities with good-paying, family-sustaining careers. An America where veterans are not forgotten, corruption is rooted out, small business thrives, family farmers succeed, and unions are respected.
But I need your help to get to Congress and fight for that America. I’m not a millionaire, and I don’t accept big-money corporate PAC checks – I rely on grassroots power. Would you split a contribution right now between my campaign and IDCCA so we can elect Democrats like me in every corner of our state?
