The Lincoln Project

Friend,

Trump’s making less and less of an effort to hide his scheme lately.

Trump Says He’ll Only Accept 2026 Midterms If He Deems Them
“Honest”

There you have it, America. If the least honest person on the planet thinks the midterms are honest (meaning his cult wins), then… he won't steal it?

But on the flip side, if Trump and his cult get destroyed in the midterms (a likely scenario), then we have to worry about the giant orange toddler flinging ketchup, calling for an insurrection, cancelling our votes, and sending a mob of (what’s left) of his supporters to the Capitol.

This is the same thing he did back in 2020. He and his MAGA buddies ran a really shitty administration the entire time they were in office, and then before the election even happened, without evidence, Trump started whining about fraud and told America he would accept the results of the election “if he won.”

The difference this time is we know what Donald Trump is capable of. We know just how far he will go to convince the world that he doesn’t lose. We know that if he loses as badly as he should in November, he is ready to declare an all-out war on democracy.

Unsettling to hear this from the President of the United States? Absolutely. It just means we have to be battle-ready.

Leading up to the most important midterms in recent memory, we have to expose Trump’s scheme. After we win the most important midterms in recent memory and save democracy, we have to combat the misinformation, shame the MAGA Republicans who lie about voter fraud for Trump (there will be several), and make sure the votes are counted and the transfer goes through. This is the gameplan.

Trump’s trying to steal another election. Chip in so we’re ready for him >>
