Friend --
The Supreme Court belongs to the people, not to corrupt politicians or corporations. So we’re partnering with Women’s March, Center for Popular Democracy Action, and many other allies on Sunday, October 6 in Washington, DC to #ReclaimtheCourt from the #SupremelyCorrupt.
Brett Kavanaugh may have gotten confirmed to the Supreme Court last year, but the fight isn’t over. Serious questions remain about whether he lied to the Senate, whether he sexually assaulted the women who credibly accused him of doing so, and whether he is ultimately fit to be a justice on the Supreme Court.
Congress is the only entity that can investigate, and we’re calling on House Democrats to do it NOW. October 6 is the one-year anniversary of Kavanaugh’s confirmation, and we know that he will roll back rights that women have worked for generations to secure. Before the Court hears any challenge to abortion rights, the public deserves to know the truth about whether he is really fit for the Supreme Court.
We'll see you in DC,
The Demand Justice Team
P.S.: After you RSVP, invite your friends to join us, too. Tweet about the march with the hashtags #ReclaimtheCourt and #SupremelyCorrupt and share the RSVP link with your community.
