February 10, 2026 – 30013-424-GP-25 (Record No. 17979) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Montana-Dakota Utilities Co. to pass on net gas cost increases of $0.427 per dekatherm (Dth) for residential and firm general and small and large interruptible customers; $2.943 per Dth for optional seasonal customers; and $0.433 per Dth for contracted demand customers, effective on and after October 1, 2025, subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

February 10, 2026 – 10020-77-CT-26 (Record No. 18063) - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) hereby gives notice of High Plains Power Inc.’s (High Plains or Cooperative) Application to revise language in its Net Metering tariff sheets RT22 and RT23, as more fully described below.
