In honor of World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, we are challenging you, John, to make your inaugural gift and help us raise an additional $10,000 so we can work towards a world free from human trafficking. In 2019, the U.S. National Human Trafficking Hotline saw a nearly 20 percent increase in the number of victims and survivors who contacted us directly. World Day Against Trafficking in Persons is a day to celebrate survivors of sex and labor trafficking and support vulnerable people who contact the Trafficking Hotline looking for help. Every dollar we raise lets us answer calls and texts from people experiencing a trafficking situation.
In tough economic times, I am humbled to see the response and readiness of our supporters to give what they can to make freedom happen today, tomorrow, and everyday for the millions of victims and survivors of human trafficking. Our $10,000 goal is in sight...but the tock is clicking.
