Friends,

When asked about the Epstein files, Donald Trump said, “I think it’s time for the country to get on to something else.”

No. America will not move on until we get the whole truth — and until the victims of Jeffrey Epstein finally get justice.

If you agree Senate Republicans must act to force transparency, call on them to pass my bill to sue the Department of Justice for failing to comply with the Epstein Files Transparency Act.

SIGN THE PETITION
Nearly every single member of Congress voted to release the Epstein files by December 19, 2025. The Department of Justice failed to comply.

Instead, the Trump Administration has delayed, cherry-picked, and heavily redacted documents, all while falsely claiming the work is finished. Millions upon millions of pages of records remain hidden from the public.

Every day these files stay hidden is another day survivors are denied the truth about what happened to them, who enabled it, and who was protected.

That’s why I introduced legislation allowing Congress to sue the Department of Justice for violating the Epstein Files Transparency Act and forcing the release of every remaining document.

We will not move on. We will not look away. And we will not stop demanding the truth.

Call on Senate Republicans to pass my bill to sue the DOJ and force the release of every Epstein file.

SIGN THE PETITION
Sincerely,

Chuck Schumer
