Policy scorecard on the National Council on GBVF Act 9 of 2024
Sonke has developed a policy scorecard that analyses the National Council on Gender-Based Violence and Femicide Act (Act 9 of 2024) to determine whether the law adequately empowers the National Council on GBVF to fulfil its mandate of overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring accountability for the implementation of the National Strategic Plan on GBVF.
