Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger has signed legislation officially
setting April 21 as the day voters decide YES or no on fair elections.
Now, our movement has a clear deadline and a powerful moment to mobilize.

This amendment is about fairness — and who gets to shape our democracy.
While MAGA Republicans across the country are working to redraw maps to
unfairly lock in power, this amendment puts voters back in control and
restores fairness in our elections. By voting YES, voters can weigh in on
congressional maps ahead of midterms and protect their representation in
Congress.

What happens in Virginia won’t just affect the Commonwealth, it can also
level the playing field nationwide.

Now that the referendum date is solidified, every voter needs to know
what’s at stake. We’re working urgently to educate communities, share
