I wanted to make sure you didn’t miss a key campaign update from last
month.

Michael Whatley, the far-right lobbyist President Trump handpicked to run
against me, is gaining ground in the polls.

Meanwhile, we recently learned that PACs aligned with Trump and the
far-right have raised truly massive amounts to spend for the GOP ahead of
the midterm elections. Since our race is the key to the U.S. Senate
majority, we expect them to direct a lot of it our way.

really am grateful every time someone chooses to invest in our work — I
know it’s not always easy to decide where to give. There are different
campaigns competing for your attention and real-life priorities that
determine whether folks are in a position to give.
