A teen wrestler didn't realize she was being forced wrestle a dude, who claimed to be a girl, until they/them's fingers went somewhere they shouldn't have. That portion of the story alone should be enough for the adults responsible to have their arms ripped off and beaten with them (figuratively) before you get the authorities involved.
Then you learn that the alleged incident was ignored or buried until the victim reached out to an independent reporter, who began asking questions.
