Stop the SAVE America Act

The SAVE America Act is expected to reach the House floor this week. Votes are likely to move quickly, so we need you to act today to oppose this dangerous bill before it advances to the Senate.

This legislation is a renewed attempt to restrict voting access following last year’s SAVE Act and is part of the broader wave of voter restriction bills.

If passed, the bill would:
* Make it harder to vote by mail, even for people who need it, like seniors, people with disabilities, and working families.
* Require people show extra papers to register to vote, like a passport or birth certificate, which many people do not have ready.
* Create more rules and paperwork, so voting takes more time and becomes more confusing.
* Make it harder for election workers to do their jobs, which could cause mistakes, delays, and long lines.
* Stop some eligible Americans from voting, even if they have the right to vote.

Our democracy depends on accessible and inclusive voter participation. Congress must reject this bill and uphold the right to vote for all eligible Americans.
