Now that we are officially in the midterm election year, I’m taking stock of our support in the district and beyond. Will you take a minute to personally endorse my re-election campaign, then let me explain why this matters?

Since I first ran for this seat in 2017, I focused on our community -- not special interests. I’m proud of the broad coalition that we’ve built and sustained, and while my drive to do right by CA-49 hasn’t changed, the political landscape certainly has.

The chaos and cruelty of the Trump Administration is reaching new heights, and working families are paying the price. The cost of living is skyrocketing, healthcare premiums are rising, and instead of focusing on the issues, the GOP is putting billions behind ICE funding.

Meanwhile, my MAGA Republican opponent is the most well-funded Republican challenger in California with nearly $1 million in the bank. But I have something he doesn’t: your grassroots support.

True accountability is only possible with a Democratic House majority in November, and CA-49 is a key piece of the puzzle. Will you stand with me by endorsing my re-election campaign today?
