A new Deloitte office hours session will take place on Tuesday, February 17 at 2:30-3:30 p.m. CT; you can sign up for that session via through this link. This session will focus on the filing process for the federal Direct Pay tax credits and document retention in case of an IRS audit, specifically using small solar projects as an example. The session will be tailored for projects that are already operational and preparing to file for the 2025 tax year, but participants with projects going online in 2026 may want to attend to learn more about the process.
This session is organized by Deloitte as part of contract with the State of MN to provide tax-exempt entities with guidance and assistance in the Direct Pay project planning and IRS filing process. Eligible Minnesota entities are also able to register with Deloitte for one-on-one consultations at no cost!
