The 2026 Senate GLASS Caucus Board election season is officially underway, and nominations are now open [ [link removed] ]!
GLASS proudly represents the voices of more than 200 LGBTQI+ staffers in the U.S. Senate, making it one of Capitol Hill’s largest staff associations. Through GLASS, members build a safe, affirming community grounded in connection, professional development, and advocacy—supported by exclusive events and receptions, professional development and job opportunities, and inclusive resources on the Hill.
Serving on the GLASS Board is a chance to help lead this community, shape our programming and priorities, and ensure GLASS continues to meet the needs of LGBTQI+ staffers at every stage of their careers.
📋 Submit a Nomination
GLASS members may nominate themselves or another eligible member for a position on the 2026 GLASS Board.
The nomination form will close at 5:00 PM on Friday, February 13. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
👥 Eligibility & Membership
Only current GLASS members may be nominated or vote in the election.
Ballots will be distributed only to dues-paying members.
