Policy scorecard of the National Council on GBVF Act 9 of 2024
Sonke has developed a policy scorecard to assess the adequacy of South Africa’s legislative framework for accountability and coordination of the National Strategic Plan on Gender-Based Violence and Femicide Act 9 of 2024, to determine whether it provides a fit-for-purpose framework for leading South Africa’s multi-sector response to GBVF.
