We’re in the middle of an exciting moment in U.S. history. There is a new movement emerging, and new allies are standing up to dismantle the systemic racism that still plagues our country. 

Now more than ever, we need more representation and Black leaders in Congress. I’m proud to be running for U.S. Senate in South Carolina, alongside several Black candidates, including my brother, Mike Espy in Mississippi.

Mike shares my vision of a South that is based on boldness, diversity, and inclusion. I’m honored to be fighting alongside him to make it a reality.

Our opponents, Lindsey Graham and Cindy Hyde-Smith, have the might of the entire Republican machine behind them. All they have to do is call up Mitch McConnell, and Mitch will get a corporate Super PAC to cut them a fat check. 

We are not intimidated by that because we have the support of people like you. People who want progress and people who are fed up with leaders who don’t put Mississippi and South Carolina first.
